The Carré Sénart is a mixed and lively urban centre that symbolises Sénart’s development and vitality. After Théâtre-Sénart opened and the shopping centre expanded, it is now a 5,600 sq.m area dedicated to catering, which was inaugurated in February 2019, and an initial health centre of 5,800 sq.m. Presentation of the park:

The real urban centre of the Sénart territory, Carré Sénart’s tertiary, retail and leisure centres are home to more than 150 companies, 207 shops and 4,000 jobs.

The Carré Sénart, which now has 40,000 m² of offices, will offer an additional 13,000 m² in the next two years, developed by the Racines Carré operation.

The engineering campus (ICAM), also located in the area, will eventually receive 1,000 engineering students and 300 apprentices. This unique site is dedicated to training and research in the fields of health and biotechnology engineering, industrial ecology, the supply chain, etc.
