2. Purposes of processing
The Établissement Public d’Aménagement (EPA) de Sénart (Sénart Public Development Authority) may process your personal information:
• for the purpose of providing you with the information or services you have requested from us, namely: response to a request for information made from https://invest-in-south-paris.com//contact or from one of our real estate and land offers,
• for the purpose of collecting, notably through cookies, information enabling us to improve our website and our services.

3. Recipients
The EPA Sénart and its subcontractor Ancoris are the sole recipients of your personal data.

4. Retention time
Your Personal Information is only kept for the time necessary for its purpose (see 2. Purposes of processing). This period cannot exceed 24 months.

The EPA Sénart informs you that it uses its service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have disclosed to us.

8. Complaint to the competent authority
