Education, a sector of excellence in the south of Greater Paris

The Sénart National Interest Operation has 54 school complexes, 14 secondary schools, 8 high schools and 3,500 students. There is a territorial logic between the development of an eco-neighbourhood and the construction of schools to accommodate future resident students in established housing.

The Sénart Public Development Authority offers recent and modern facilities that facilitate the reception of various students.
This logic is also applied to higher education. Our logistics basin requires qualified technicians, which is why in 2012 the Carré Sénart hosted an engineering school.

ICAM

The Institut Catholique d’Arts et Métiers (Catholic Institute of Arts and Crafts) has five establishments in France, including the one in Sénart and three sites abroad. The school is recognised by scientists for its specialised Masters. Today the school is at its maximum capacity of students with 90 research professors to educate them. Icam is comprised of educational buildings (classrooms and practical work rooms, laboratories, administrative areas and student living areas), a research and development building, a university residence and administrative offices.

ISPE

The Institut supérieure du professorat et de l’éducation (Higher Institute of Teaching and Education), previously affiliated with the IUT (University Technology Institute) of Lieusaint, has been located on the Sénart campus since 2015. The ISPE receives students who aspire to work in the educational milieu and prepares them for administrative or teaching professions.

The Sénart University Centre

The Sénart IUT is affiliated with the University of Paris-Est Créteil. It is located in the heart of the Levant business park, near the Lieusaint-Moissy station (RER D). It continues to grow by opening new training courses every year.

INSEAD International education

Only 20 minutes from Sénart, in Fontainebleau, an international education complex bringing together the François Ier high school, the international secondary school and the Léonard de Vinci school, offers students from elementary school to high school to study within 2 international sections: one English-speaking and the other German-speaking. Fontainebleau is also one of three campuses, along with Abu Dhabi and Singapore, of INSEAD, the European Institute of Business Administration (MBA ranked No. 1 worldwide).
