At the forefront for several years on the theme of the Plant of the Future, ELCIMAÏ is developing its unique concept of factory 4.0 on land offered by the EPA Sénart: a flexible, innovative and legally secure site solution, proposed “turnkey ”and on short notice with a production site designed to adapt to its occupants’ uses and activities.
To meet the needs of the new industry: the project paired with a digital twin implemented in BIM mode is designed to adapt to its occupants’ uses (for example, moving from aeronautical production to the development of cosmetic products). Through its flexible and modular structure, the plant can accommodate a wide variety of manufacturing types.
This plant 4.0, which incorporates Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure technological bricks, optimises energy consumption, integrates green energies into building management, improves the technical management of the building and the process and provides predictive maintenance on sensitive equipment.
